Little Falls Branch is the formal name of the stream which drains the southeast corner of Montgomery County, Maryland (as well as part of NW DC).  I first became interested in it because one of its tributaries – Willet Branch – runs by the bottom of Drummond Avenue where we live.

But during the COVID-19 shutdown, I have taken long walks through out the Little Falls watershed and found areas of incredible (quasi-) natural  beauty that are hidden in our very urbanized neighborhood.  I want to share my excitement about this with you.
