Little Falls Branch

Little Falls watershed is quite small – about 9.5 square miles – nestled between the DC border to its southeast and the Potomac River to its southwest.  To its northeast and northwest are the much larger Rock Creek and Cabin John Creek watersheds.  The mainstem of the branch is only 3.8 miles long.

 

But there is a lot of beauty and adventure in that small space.
